Which authenticator app do I choose best?
It doesn't matter which app you install on your smartphone or tablet. All authenticator apps use the same principle.
Some examples of commonly used apps include Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator and Authy.
Can I connect multiple authenticator apps to the KBC ESOP Online platform?
No, you can only link one authenticator app to your account on the KBC ESOP Online Platform. Logging in with your itsme app is still possible.
I cannot scan the QR code because I want to log in to the KBC ESOP Online Platform via my smartphone. What can I do?
You can use the setting key next to your QR code. Enter this code in the app under 'setting key'.
I have a new smartphone or tablet and I want to reinstall the authenticator app.
